15 years ago, the United Nations General Assembly marked the 24th of January as the International Day of Education. The purpose of this day is to raise awareness about the importance of inclusive and equitable quality education for all and taking the necessary steps to achieve this. A look into the life of Pope Benedict

POPE BENEDICT

On the 31st of December 2022, the world lost an extraordinary human, Pope emeritus Benedict. His final words “Lord, I love you.”, will be remembered by all. His funeral will take place on the 5th of Jan, 9:30 am Rome time, held in St Peter’s Square, and will be presided over by Pope Francis. He will be buried in his vestments that he wore in 2008 for World Youth Day, celebrated in Sydney.
